Abstraction

Survey creation wizard can be used by the people who use XWiki in their communities. This will save lot of time and effort of their researches which are based on surveys. Most benefited parties will be marketers, engineers and scientists etc., who can use this wizard to reach their objectives. This will open a new gateway to Xwiki product market.

Functional Architecture

MileStone Plan

• Create Survey Template.
• Survey definition should be stored in an Xwiki class.
• Add typical question types to the survey template
• Add flv video link to the survey template
• Notification for the list of users whether the survey is open or closed
• Provide the list of current surveys in the system with the status.
• Provide survey report in text and using the chart plugin which already exists in Xwiki. This lead the survey to its statistical analysis part.
• Provide option of exporting data as a spreadsheet and xml(very useful for users who are wishing to use other analysis tools)
